The Alpena and Presque Isle Child Abuse and Neglect Team is the designated local council for the Michigan's Children's Trust Fund.  It was formed in 1978 and incorporated in 1985 as a non-profit organization.  The coalition is made up of professional and community member volunteers who are committed to helping children and their families.
